Kousar is a director at Haris Solutions and is a distinguished and successful individual with over 20 years of experience in management consultancy, ICT Programs and Projects of varying in scale and complexity. Kousar Consistently achieves successful outcomes using formal Project Management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile. She is commercially focused with a broad-based experience working with a wide range of industries and has made excellent contributions to both private and public sectors. She has successfully delivered some of the challenging projects, such as National Program for IT, Command, Control, Communication and Information (C3i) Programme for the United Kingdom Metropolitan Police Service and 2012 London Olympics, the creation of London Strategic Coordination Centre.
